Gmail integration is currently marked as coming soon. When Gmail is enabled and you connect your Allybi account to Gmail (Google Workspace), we collect and process data from your email account to enable search, summarization, Q&A, and analysis features within Allybi.
Data Categories: Email headers (to/from/cc/bcc/date), subject lines, email bodies, labels/folders, and attachments (if authorized).
Purpose: Enabling search, summarization, Q&A, and analysis of your emails and attachments within Allybi.
User Control: You can connect or disconnect your Gmail integration at any time through your Allybi account settings. Disconnecting stops new access. Previously imported content remains until you delete it or retention rules apply.
6.3 Outlook and Microsoft Integration
When you connect your Allybi account to Outlook or Microsoft 365, we collect and process data from your email and potentially calendar to enable search, summarization, Q&A, and analysis features within Allybi.
Data Categories: Email headers and content, mailbox metadata, and calendar/event data (only if you authorize calendar access).
Purpose: Enabling search, summarization, Q&A, and analysis of your emails and calendar data within Allybi.

6.4 OneDrive, SharePoint e Google Drive
When you connect OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive, Allybi may access selected files, folders, and metadata to enable import into your workspace.
6.5 WhatsApp Handoff
Allybi stores WhatsApp contacts and message drafts for review-before-send handoff. Allybi does not sync WhatsApp messages or send automatically.
